We recently scheduled a 4-site white glove delivery, which had all the bells and whistles to deliver to WY. I should also mention that this is a new and very important customer. One of those extras was a helper at each site. While the truck was en route the helper fell through and Mo Soroky was notified immediately. Without wasting any time Mo made the decision to catch a flight, rent a car, and assist the driver with all 4 deliveries. If that is not enough, he helped explain to the customer at each site how to interpret each of our packing slips, saving Telamon multiple phone calls. Each delivery was made on time without incident.
